• Accept or Decline •

• Once I have reviewed your request, I'll usually ask a few more questions before I decide to accept or decline your request.
If I do decline your request, it is typically because I am not comfortable drawing it or I'm not sure if I will do a good job on it.
• I talk only via text, please do not sent voice messages or ask me to join calls in any way, I will decline and probably decline your request.✔️WILL DO:✔️

• Payment •

➜ All commissions must be paid FULLY once we both agreed on the subject.
➜ Commissions are in EUR only.

I will be happy to help you out!
➜ Any payment will made through PAYPAL (please choose the option "Family and Friends").

• Process •

➜ I start on the requested art after we agree for every part of the commission and you pay.
• I will usually reach out every few days in advanced to update you on the status of your commission.
➜ The standard turnaround time is 7 - 20 days (it can be even less, depending on the draw), in case of the difficulty and how many commissions I have at time, it may be extended.
• {Please note that this time is counted from the date when I start working on your commission, no since we started talking}.
➜ Rush orders are usually available with an additional 30% of the price but please contact me first to check my availability.
➜ I'll wait for a max of 7 days until the payment, then I'll remove your requests from my Trello waitlist.

• Cancellations & Refund Policy •

➜ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
• The option of a full refund will be offered only in the case that I am not able to complete the commission within the set deadline.

• Copyrights Info •

➜ When purchasing illustration etc, you're commissioning them to be made for use only for personal purposes. You do not own the copyright of the art.
• If you'd like to post or use the art, you have to credit me writing my username (and linking my carrd if on Twitch).
• If you plan on reselling the art in the form of merch we would have to discuss a new agreement/fee.
❥ Copyright: (only for web) +50% of the amount (You have the PSD file, can do anything with them, but can’t sell)
❥ FULL RIGHTS: (copyright + commercial use) + 90% of the amount (You can sell them as merch)
