Please carefully review my TOS before requesting commission!
Proceed to How to Commission at the end of the TOS.By commissioning me you are agreeing with the terms listed below.
Certain terms can be changed or adjusted through a mutual agreement established prior to the commission.
⊹ Accept or Decline ⊹• Once I have reviewed your request, I'll usually ask a few more questions before I decide to accept or decline your request.
If I do decline your request, it is typically because I am not comfortable drawing it or I'm not sure if I will do a good job on it.
• I talk only via text, please do not sent voice messages or ask me to join calls in any way, I will decline and probably decline your request.
⊹ Payment ⊹➜ All commissions must be paid FULLY once we both agreed on the subject.
➜ Commissions are in EUR only.

➜ Any payment will made through PAYPAL (please choose the option "Family and Friends").
⊹ Process ⊹➜ I will start working on the artwork once we have agreed on the type of commission and once I have received the payment.
If I do not receive the payment, I will not start the drawing and you will be removed from my waiting list after 7 days. I therefore recommend checking my Trello to make sure that I haven’t cancelled your request.
• I will usually reach out every few days in advanced to update you on the status of your commission.
• I will change and adjust the piece only in the sketching phase. I allow up to 5 revisions during this stage. Once the sketch has been approved and I start the lineart, no further changes will be accepted. If you still want to continue with the commission and request changes after the lineart has begun, I will have to charge you an additional price, as I would be forced to redraw the lineart entirely again.
➜ The standard turnaround time is 7 - 20 days (it can be even less, depending on the draw), in case of the difficulty and how many commissions I have at time, it may be extended.
• {Please note that this time is counted from the date when I start working on your commission, no since we started talking}.
➜ Rush orders are usually available with an additional 30% of the price but please contact me first to check my availability.
⊹ Cancellations & Refund Policy ⊹➜ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
• The option of a full refund will be offered only in the case that I am not able to complete the commission within the set deadline.
⊹ Copyrights Info ⊹➜ When purchasing illustration etc, you're commissioning them to be made for use only for personal purposes. You do not own the copyright of the art.
• If you'd like to post or use the art, you have to credit me writing my username (and linking my carrd if on Twitch).
• If you plan on reselling the art in the form of merch we would have to discuss a new agreement/fee.
⬩➤ Copyright: (only for web) +50% of the amount (You have the PSD file, can do anything with them, but can’t sell)
⬩➤ FULL RIGHTS: (copyright + commercial use) + 90% of the amount (You can sell them as merch)
